Prepaid 16GB Promotion not Showing

I switched my new Galaxy S10 over to the 8GB + 8GB prepaid promo in July. After the first month of 16GB my prepaid plan has reverted to 8GB. Is there something I am missing? I verified with verizon that this promotion was permanent.
