Prepaid 4G Network

I was told that the 4G network would be available for us on the prepaid network come July 17th, 2014, can anyone confirm this information?  Also I was wondering what the plans would run, because I am currently on the $70.00 plan with my iPhone 4s that is no longer offered.  Can someone help relate more information about the 4G prepaid network?

yesterday they accidentally put this up before removing it so I would say the 17th is correct
