Last year I purchased a $100 card and the old rules said I had to add more funds within 1 year otherwise the balance expires. Since my prepaid plan was changed from "pay as you go" to the $5 / month for 20 mins I want to know if my existing balance will still expire at 365 days after my last refill. There is no information anywhere on this.

Great question! I know these changes can be confusing, but I want to make sure you have the most accurate information. The current funds from when you changed your plan would expire within 60 days of the plan change. Let us know if you need further clarification. *Daniel

This information is obviously incorrect. Show me where you read that.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
