I paid my bill last night, spoken with an agent after I did it because I knew that when I make a payment before bill due, for some reason it will be inactive the following day. Next morning inactive. Today is January 28, 2020, I paid my bill January 27, 2020 after receiving text that bill is due. Why is that? No other carrier I been with doesn't do this. When you make a payment, you expect to have your services active. Verizon needs to fix this issue. I experience this problem since I established my services with y'all about 2 years ago, been happening every since.
