This is starting to get ridiculous. My fiance has been helping me pay my phone bill for some time now and has never had a problem. Today he went to Winn Dixie and got a phone card and sent me the code. I know he got the right amount and the right card, he's been doing this for a while. Well I input the number and it reads as "0.00 has been added to your account". He goes back in and fights with them and gets a new card and I'm getting the same result. What on earth is going on? I can't get through to a human at Verizon to ask questions but I don't think it's an issue on my end.

We certainly want to look into this with you. Are you getting an error when you attempt to add the amount, or is it just saying that there isn't an amount? Was the refill card purchased at a Verizon store?
