When I signed up for PrePaid LTE, I was assured that WIFI calling and Tethering were supported.
o I find myself at this moment in a hotel with no cellular access to Verizon, but fine WIFI, so I go to turn on WIFI calling only to discover that WIFI calling is FREE for monthly plans but not available on Prepaid plans. I am paying in advance, with auto pay enabled, and for some bizard marketing reason I am blocked from WIFI calling???
Wake up Verizon.
There is reports on other sites that prepaid will get VoLTE calling and wifi calling in October for supported phones.
Verizon has historically held off on features on prepay to give postpay the premium feel. These features usually come to prepay, but after a (long) delay.
