How in the world can I find a number to talk to an actual person. I've already tried both numbers listed here but only get auto number list. I just have a question for an actual human.

You have to have a current service plan or sufficient account balance, to speak to Prepaid Customer Service.
I do have a current service plan. I finally found the way to an actual human was through technical support. Even though my question had nothing to do with phone issues/ problems the rep I spoke to helped me and answered my question. My question actually had to do with purchasing a new phone and activating it with my current phone number.
