I can't access data on my plan for three days and nobody at Verizon knows anything. #thirdworldcompany.Nobody sends a text saying sorry system is down, nothing.

Welcome to Day 5 of the Verizon Pre-paid screwup. You would think at this point that Verizon would have broadcast at least to their people about the problem and how to not make it worse regarding Customers. But alas, I went to a corporate store yesterday and the nice girl had no clue about the problem - one knowledgeable guy there did know about the problem (he said the pre-paid executive got fired) and he said nothing can be done - just have to wait. They did offer to open a new post-paid acct with a new number.....As you can see from above, BrianP_VZW is in the dark.....this has been going on since Monday - I bet the pre-paid organization is still turning off post accts and signing up pre acct and leaving customers with no service.
