Prepaid phone service

Verizon is the worst prepaid phone service, also poor customer service. I'm 5 days listening. "Welcome to Verizon wireless this call cannot be completed because there is restrictions on this line, announcement 24."

I spend hours talking and chatting with customers rep, They are polite, but I'm not sure if they are underpaid or untrained.

So, If you have a Verizon prepaid, and if anything happens, probably you will have a paperweight.

Even the forward calls won't work.

Anyone here has any fone number or advice how to get hold with someone at Verizon with at least little bit know how or commitment?
