Prepaid refill card

I got mine from Target as well, online. I tried to send it back immediately and they would not take it. $145 worth

This is definitely a ridiculous on going problem for a company this large.

I'm having the same problem. My bill is late and have cards Verizon doesn't want to redeem for credit or something. It's crazy that they have not one work around for this issue after so many years. As many fees as Verizon charges something like this should have resolution by now if they cared. Very frustrating.

No, I don't. I have a normal Verizon account which is in a 5G unlimited plan and I am also in LTE home internet plan.
