Right now we don't have that type of exchange for the cards.

I unfortunately have the same issue: I bought mine online at target not knowing it’s for prepaid accounts only. My account is a postpaid account so it’s completely useless. I am not happy

Does anyone know if this situation has been resolved? Completely ridiculous. My wife came home with $480 in prepaid cards instead of gift cards. She doesn't know the difference and they are sold in the gift card rack at all stores. This is clearly some deceptive advertising by Verizon and Verizon either needs to refund customers for this mistake or allow customers to use the prepaid cards to apply to their Verizon bills.

ac1970, we're truly sorry to hear that your wife accidentally purchased Verizon prepaid cards instead of Verizon gift cards. Where were the gift cards purchased? Have you attempted to return to the place of purchase to determine card return/refund eligibility?
