Prepaid plan was changing from $60 to $45 without me doing so. I added $20 2 separate times for additional data the same day that was accruing. I called and the lady renewed my account saying it wasn't my fault and that I would not be charged. The gave me an extra GB of loyalty data, I thought everything was fine. However, I noticed today that the totaled $40 that I added to my account was taken for the renewal. How do I request a refund?
We definitely want to make sure your Prepay account is set up correctly, RyanManda. We unfortunatley, do not have access to Prepay accounts through this channel, but they can be reached directly at 888-294-6804.
