Reactivating after missed payment

Like the title says I missed a payment by one day and all lines have been deactivated. Since than I immediately added all the necessary funds  to my account and my lines are still inactive and I am told to add funds to reactivate my account.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Prepaid service. The best way to address this would be to contact our Prepaid Team at 888-294-6804. They're open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sundays.

I am having the exact same issue right now and I cannot get through to a real person on the help line. Verizon, PLEASE FIX THIS
