I recently switched over from straight talk to verizon. I needed a new sim card and it took 6 days for it to get here. Once it got here, however, my phone said it wasn't compatible with the network. I took it to the store and they reaffirmed this. I was wondering if there was a way to get a refund on my fifty dollar service plan that I paid for, as I was unable to begin to use it. If it helps, the store said that my number transfer hadn't even began.
