I recently went in to buy a new I phone in Marshall, MN at Verizon. They refused to sell me a new phone. I have a Verizon prepaid plan, which is apparently not good enough to be able to purchase a new phone, even though the plan was sold to me by Verizon. I was made to feel like a criminal, and they outright refused to sell me a phone, even though I had the money to purchase one. It was a degrading and frustrating experience. I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
