Dear Verizon Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Anis, and I am writing to request the unlocking of my iPhone 15 Pro with the following details:
- IMEI : *****
- Model: iPhone 15 Pro
I am currently in Tajikistan and would like to use a local SIM card during my stay. I understand that my device is currently locked to the Verizon network, and I kindly request your assistance in unlocking it.
I have ensured that all outstanding payments on my account are settled, and I am in compliance with all contractual obligations. I would appreciate it if you could initiate the unlocking process for my iPhone as soon as possible.
If any additional information is required, please do not hesitate to contact me at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] or +*****
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your positive response.
Sincerely, Anis

Thanks for letting us know. Based on what you shared, if you bought from a third party and the device is showing as locked with VZ, youโll need to reach out to the original seller you purchased from. You can view our device unlocking policy for post pay and prepaid devices here: https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy
