Restoring Carryover Data

Ok, while attempting to update the billing address on my credit card, VZ screwed up my autopay while at the same time making it impossible to pay via web, app, or phone. A call to customer service supposedly solved the issue but the autopay billing date passed, the payment didn't occur, and of course my service was suspended even though there was a credit on the account. One more irate call to customer service solved the billing issue, however when service was reinstated my carryover data (almost 4 gb) was erased. This is clearly unacceptable customer service from almost every aspect, but seemingly typical.

So, how exactly do I get my carryover data back?
