Hello I have a droid turbo on a prepaid account. For some reason I cannot get SMS delivery reports. I have tried with Hangouts, AOSP messenger, and Textra. None work. Phone support was less than helpful. Please help.

I like receiving confirmation my text have went through. Are you looking for read receipts? You will want to check with Our Prepaid Team at 888-294-6804 to make sure there is no account limitations in place.

The number you provided is the number I called previously and the person i spoke to had no idea what delivery receipts were much less whether my account was supposed to have them or figuring out if there was a problem.

Stanleywinthrop, we want you to have access to those delivery reports. Sorry that we were not able to answer your questions when you called us. Let's make sure that we have done everything on the phone that we can. Here is how to enable the option http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-124199/ If it does not work after you enable it here, I would have to ask that you give our Prepaid phone line a second chance to provide assistance (888)294-6804.
