Having a problem. When I place a call to a family members number, I get a message that the number has been changed or disconnected. I can receive calls from this number but I can place calls. Ive spoken to customer service 3 times. Their only suggestion is to dial *228 and select option 1. That didn't work so they told me to do the sam and select option 2. The problem persists. Anyone having this problem?
Were you able to call that number before? Maybe its out of your area, or they are out of your area, are you dialing the full 10 digit number? Sorry for so many questions.
No problems calling the number with my previous verizon phone. No problems calling 3 other numbers in the same area. The number is a verizon number is well and it is in the coverage map. I'm dialing the full 10 digits.
