So i got my motorola luge last month on a 45 dollar plan (unlimited text/call with 500mb data) and it expired yesterday, we went out to get another card. All that was available was this 35 dollar card (unlimited text, 500 minutes/500mb data). My Verizon Mobile app tells me it's not paid yet, how do i switch to this 35 dollar plan

The Luge is smartphone. You need the $45 smartphone card. The $35 card is for basic phones. The $35 card is not compatible with your phone.
