I get announcement 19 every time I make a call. No one can call me. I am beyond frustrated with Verizon and honestly want to cancel my account at this point and find another provider. No idea why I suddenly can’t make calls. The customer service rep kept me on the phone for an hour and couldn’t help me, and couldn’t transfer me to tech support because they were already closed.
