The Balance on my Account

When I first activated my daughters phone, I got a prepaid $35.00 card. the package the phone came in said there was already $10.00 credit put on the phone. When I view the balance it is showing I owe $10.00, why is that, when this phone came with a $10.00 credit already on it???

I want to know my account balance and I don't need to talk to anyone. Give me my balance or I will not be a customer any longer .
