I has the worst experience with Verizon the last 2 days. I have been a 23 year customer of theirs and there customer service representative mis led me into transferring all my lines to Personal. I lost all my history with Verizon and it made me a personal customer like I signed up today. No benifets to trade in ect . I have been in the phone asking to be transferred back to my original account and everyone says this is not something they can do. I have spent over 6 hours trying to get this resolved with multiple reps hanging up on me. Shame on you Verizon for treating your long term customers This way.
