Trouble sending and recieving! HELP!

I have a prepaid phone and I can't send or receive texts from one person. it's really irritating and I need to know how to fix it. My bills are paid, and they don't expire til the 9th. I can send and receive from other people, why not this person? They aren't blocked, and i'm not blocked on her phone. Someone please help. :smileysad:

I understand your concerns. It must be frustrating not being able to send text messages to a friend. If you are unable to send text messages to only a specific number but you are able to send text messages to every one else, then the issue must be with that specific number.

 

I had addressed your concerns on a different post; however I was not aware from your other post that you had prepay service. I only have access to post paid accounts and I am not able to offer to look at your account provisioning. Please contact our prepay customer service for further assistance by dialing *611 on your wireless device or at 888-294-6804.

I've had the same problem, no matter what kind of phone i have last year all of a sudden i couldn't text this one specific number anymore and they couldn't text me. The number isn't blocked on either of our ends, please help???

No messages are no fun so lets get this fixed! What device are you currently using? Do you get an error message when you attempt to send/receive messages to this specific number?
