Why is the last button(complete registration) not activated when creating a new account?
I have filled in all the fields and checked the terms and conditions and privacy policy, but the last button is not activated.

I have the same problem. I visited the physical store three times, but the staff couldn't solve it and advised me to call. I made 3 or 4 calls, and they said they created a ticket, but the problem remains unsolved. They haven't returned my call as promised. I've been dealing with this problem for nearly 2 months now.
