I have tried many times, but I just can't get the complete registration button to activate.
Can you please manually register it on Verizon's side?

I have the exactly the same issue.
Ported my number from AT&T to Verizon prepaid.
I cannot register the new account and the “complete registration” button stays gray and cannot be clicked.
I have tried multiple times in multiple days, used the My Verizon app on iPhone and iPad, on the browsers of Chrome, Edge, and Safari, and also tried the incognito mode, all failed.
I am an advanced IT user, and have never encountered such issue in other apps and websites.
I cannot send any private messages to the Verizon customer service here.
How can I do? Did anybody solve your problem here, and how? Thank you.
