I just got a brand new prepaid Verizon phone that is currently functioning as a useless brick because I can't turn the service on.
When I go to set up auto-pay, I enter my payment information and my billing address and I get an error that says:
[PTAVS-I8::Zip Postal No Match, Plus-4 No Match, Locale No Match]
The address I used IS correct, and I have been trying to do this for almost a week now. What's more, every time I try to visit the Live Chat, it says it is closed (even though the FAQ says customer service is supposed to be available until 11:59 EST).
I don't know what to do; I have been over a week without a working phone now.

Does your zip code start with a 0 ?
Mine does, and it keeps removing the zero. I think the field is formatted wrong.

It actually starts with a 7, but that sounds incredibly frustrating as well...
