I have tried calling in on the 611 option to pay and was told I have changed the credit card too many times. I tried to login online and was told the billing info was incorrect- my billing info is correct and I contacted my bank to confirm. Then I tried calling in to speak with a representative and could never get to anyone and kept getting put on hold. I just wanna pay my bill, can you please help me with this?
