I switched to prepaid with autopay on 7/16/2015. My plan details page has said several times since then when I checked that I have 3.5 Gb for the month as I was told. Today it says I have 2.5 Gb on my prepaid plan. What is going on?

The app and account might always state 2.5 instead of 3.5. IDK why. Mine does the same with my 2GB on my 1GB plan. My App will state 2GB but the online account page says 1GB. Regardless, you won't see the bonus use until you use the base data amount.
