Update on Ticket status

Hello. 

By opening Verizon number, I made a deposit as 300 dollars at a local shop, followed by staff working in the shop.

They promised us Verizon will deduct from this deposit amount for our August bill, but it turns out that my deposits were withheld by commission, and I am treated by Verizon that I did not pay the first bill, which does not make sense. 

WE PAID AT THE STORE, MAKING A DESPOIT OVER THE FIRST BILL AMOUNT.

I talked about my complaint and made inquiries on my prepayment issue by call service, and they generated three tickets about this issue. 

However, I only received one email, although I have to obtain two additional ticket emails!

Here is the only possible ticket received from Verizon. *****.

PLEASE check other my ticket numbers; 

PLEASE check the stats of tickets and SOLVE the issue.

PLEASE show responsibility for customer's inquiries.
