Using a credit when paying a bill

Hi,

When I switched to my pre-paid plan there were some issues so I received a $15 credit on my account.  On the account it says Available Balance $15.

My monthly plan is $45 so when I pay my next bill I only owe $30 but how do I make sure that $15 is used when I pay my bill?

I appreciate any help.
