Verizon has been lying to me about reimbursement for OVER A YEAR!! I am thinking to sue them to resolve this!

I bought an iPhone last year, paid fully for it with my credit card, then went back to the store to exchange it and start the monthly payments.  They gave me a new contract dated and everything, and said I would get reimbursed within a few days.  I followed up over 10 times over the phone, they always tell me "oh we will process it now and it should take 3 days".  It has been OVER A YEAR now!  I called so many times and even asked the last person to email me a proof of everything she promised she would get done after the call.   A week later, NOTHING has been done.  I am VERY frustrated, I called over 10 times, each time spending 1-2 hours on the phone with customer support, and I have physically been to the store 4 times about this.  This is THEFT! I paid twice for the same phone, and spent over 15 hours trying to solve this issue.  This is CRAZY, I am thinking to sue Verizon for the theft, and damages.

Verizon, HOW CAN YOU NOT SOLVE THIS AFTER A WHOLE YEAR?

Here is the email they sent me after our last call when I requested a proof of everyhting she promised me will be done after the call, ticket created on 10/11/2024: PH9304462:
