Enthusiast - Level 1

Verizon customer service representative hung up on me(after he told me he wouldn't and made me wait 20+ minutes) and my problem was not resolved. Now I cannot get a single representative on the line again(says unable to connect call at this time). What is going on? I need to get in contact with a representative before midnight tonight or else my account gets deactivated. I need answers or else I am changing my carrier, this customer service is horrid
