Switching to Verizon from Walmart Family Mobile. Ported my number. Can't receive calls. Verizon tells me the previous carrier (Walmart) has a port lock feature that I need them to disable. I call Family Mobile and they say everything is unlocked and Verizon needs to try it again. I've been the middleman between these 2 on support for hours for days.
Any support technician that can help me from Verizon - you'd be a life saver!
