I bought my girlfriend a cellphone a few months ago and all of a sudden the phone went out this morning and I haven't been able to contact her since. I logged into Verizon to check the usage and see if the account was still in good standing (it is).
I've periodically called the phone and just got straight to the voicemail. However, when I check the My Usage, I have an:
Outbound Call:
1115**********
The timestamp is always when I call the phone.
The odd thing is the 1115 and the rest of the number is her phone number.
I need some help. I'm not sure what is happening.

You will want to call into customer service. I do not believe anyone who frequents this board could handle that issue.

If the usage in the online account is not correct, I would suggest to visit the "contact us" link to have a ticket submitted for your online pre pay account.

I have the same question, except my # starts with "1121", then my number. I never access voicemail from another number, and rarely at all. Whenever I do, it posts completely differently.
