When are the system upgrades at Verizon going to be fixed?!? I have been trying to port my husband's number since Saturday (Oct 4) right before the updates started and we still haven't gotten his number activated on his phone!!! Also I am unable to switch phones on my plan because of the system upgrades!!! I understand things happen, but it's been 4 days and my husband has been having to use a temporary number which is causing problems for him because he uses his phone for work! Can somebody PLEASE tell me when these system problems at Verizon will be fixed so our phones can be fixed?!?
