Ever since Verizon revised this online portal earlier this year I can no longer see or manage my AutoPay setup. I discovered this recently when I needed to update my credit card and noticed the Home tab showed Enroll in AutoPay as though I do not have it setup.
Attempting to set it up again results in an error because there really is an entry there, I just cannot see it. I contacted a number of Verizon agents through Chat who verified that my AutoPay setup does show on their internal systems, I just cannot manage it myself with this revised portal that they implemented. Additionally my AutoPay does actually work properly.
I still have a ticket open on this and was told that their developers are still working on resolving this issue, however it has been a couple of months and still no resolution.
Just wondering if anyone else has come across this and has heard anything further about when it will be fixed.

Being able to easily make a payment is a big deal and we absolutely value your time. Only our prepaid team are able to access prepaid accounts though and only they can see the tickets attached to those accounts. They aren't available here in the forums so the best option to check on this would be reaching out to that prepaid team directly. They would be glad to update you on the status of that ticket

I apologize for the trouble you’ve been running into with managing your payments for your prepaid account, Rich_M. At your earliest convenience, please call 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone to work with a prepaid specialist who will be able to review the ticket you mentioned as well as assist you with any options available for your prepaid services.

I already spoke to your chat agents numerous times, they told me that this is a known problem with the new portal and developers are working on a fix, my ticket should still be open, when will it be fixed?
