I switched to Verizon prepaid last Monday and from the instant I did this, I cannot use data if not on WiFi. I have spoken to many Verizon tech support and customer service and managers and STILL NO data!!!!! Verizon said BYOD but that is a lie because they said my phone is Verizon eligible yet no one can help!
