Why Didn't I Get The Sim Card That Was Advertised?

My $50 prepaid plan doesn't give me 7GB as advertised in Walmart. Simcard was bought in Walmart. I have auto-pay on as well. How come?

You got the right SIM card. You apparently don't have to right data plan. You should contact the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 to clarify your account.
