When I first started with Verizon prepaid the phone I purchase had the mobile hot spot. Knowing that was one of the main reasons I bought it. Where I live that is my only form of wifi for my laptop.
I upgraded my phone and now my hot spot feature is gone. I am extremely disappointed. Does anyone know how to get it on my new phone?
Change to one of the tiered prepaid monthly plans. The unlimited prepaid plan doesn't include the mobile hotspot feature.

If you look at the check list under the plans, the unlimited plan clearly has no check under the mobile hotspot.
