So I have unlimited prepaid plan, it says that I have 22 days left in the cycle, and the device isn't making or receiving calls, and it has no data access as well. Is this a normal occurrence?
Any help would be nice.
Being able to use your phone is absolutely essential. It's regretful to hear that you're having such trouble with the device. How long has it been acting this way? What zip code are you in? What happens when you try to make a call exactly? (What do you hear?)
