You can't add anymore funds this monthly cycle

I'm not trying to add funds at all. I am trying to update the debit card for the autopay. Old one was cancelled, got a new one and I cannot add it to my Verizon account. How am I supposed to pay my bill? I need this resolved by the 10th of July 2023 or I am permanently switching to another provider. I'm doing nothing wrong. I try going into a location near me and it turns out absolutely no in person location can help with any plan related problems at all whatsoever.

This is honestly the worst.
