My account is deactivated since last week but I have a positive balance of $20, I want to add $10 to activate my account again but since 2 days ago it keeps showing "You cannot add any more funds to your account this monthly cycle" to me. I have tried several times from My Verizon app and also from https://myvprepay.verizonwireless.com/prepaid/ui/mobile/InstantPay/#/
What can I do?

Verizon can terrible a fat one for this, whoever built this system needs to be fired
