a prepaid phone and selecting its area code?

Hi all,

I plan to get a Verizon Samsung Gusto 3 (no contract, prepaid phone).  Can I take this phone to a Verizon store and get an area code of my choice for it?

Sure! you can also get it by phone. You only need the ZIP code related to the number you want.
