hello
i cannot activate my elipsis jetpack prepaid hot spot ... 2 weeks of ish
"data usage unavailable at this time"
"cant connect to this network"
"device currently suspended" flashes for a moment when i open my verizon account
then dissappears to home page
could i possibly have a bad device that was returned/refurbished and then sold as new?
any help would be great
