Solo senior. Can't place or receive calls, texts or iMsgs. 2 techs promised they's fix "no service" or no bars and would call back hours ago.
Acct of 5 years, 1 mo is current and 5-star" per pre-pay CSRs.
I refused and have not authorized ANY plan changes (check recorded phone calls & emails) but, apparently VZW techs are under corporate pressure to do so with my grandfathered plan. So very wrong and unsafe at the very least.
