Have been a customer for over 20 yrs. No problem with service and/or product.

Dont have contact names, but Verizon does have them by contact date and time.

Issue arised on 5 March when I talked to customer sevice about an ad I saw about a $30 plan by Total by Verizon. The contact said he would give me a plan for $51 immediately but it would take about 4 to 5 days to get approval of an extra $20 tok get close to $30 plan.

I waited for my bill and saw that I never got the extra $20 discount as indicated by the guy I talked with.

March 24, (33 mins), I called to find out what happen to the extra $20 discount and was given some  strrange story. I asked to either talk with the CS rep who told be about the extra $20 discount or his manager. I was told he would Ping the CS rep or Mgr and no one could be gotten in contact with. I was Promised!! someone would call me. Waited serveral days and nothing!!!

March 29 (41 mins), I called to find out why I never got a call back. Again same routine.... CS rep Ping her mgr and never heard back. So I was told her mgr would call me back.  Again Promise a call back from a Mgr.

Guess their MO is to just promise and do nothing...they are hoping I would get tired and give up...NOT.

There is something WRONG with this thinking......Im not finish....will push this issue at other sites and  FCC.
