has any body had there samsung cell just quit on them?

does anyone knows how 2 fix it i been on my pc for like 3hrs and all i know it was workin about 2 weeks ago its a samsung perpaid cell with sch-u450 # on the back pls some one help thanks

Do you still have money in your account?? Did the due date to add more money to the account expire?  If none of those reasons apply then call customer service at 1-888-294-6804
