hi, i have the samsung trance that was gave to me. their is no more service on the phone. but it is still in the other persos name and i am trying to get it out their name and in my name . but i want it on pre pay!!!!!!!!!! i have tryed calling and nothing happens it says phone number can not be found or can not talk to anyone from prey pay service. the phone number to this phone is......{edited for privacy} can someone help me get this activated in my name and n pre pay????????????????
