For Prepaid accounts, you need to contact Customer Service at 888-294-6804.
Online, when you login to MyVerizon, then go to My Verizon Home, isn't it located there, up near the top, just under the Grey Welcome banner (where it tells you the last time you logged in)?
Use the web view in your browser.
It present you with Account Owner and Account Number.
